Lock Item Inventory

i don't know what i pressed and i can't seem to depo my loots because it shows a lock sign on my inventory. anyone know the key?

I had this happen to me too. I can't remember for sure, but I think quitting the game and restarting will clear it!

I'm having the same issue on the seeds in some plant growers. I saved, closed Planet Crafter completely then restarted and the seeds were still locked.

it's a glitch - they're not actually in there - the seeds are being used in another planter.

Take them out of the new planter and it should unlock the grower, then you can put them back in the new one.

I have several seeds that are locked in various lockers & chests. I think they duplicated when I found them in a wreck & now that the duplicates exist, it's in use somewhere (maybe?) & 1 is locked. I didn't do anything in particular when picking them up that they duplicated, but I did notice that I'd click on it, & have to click a 2nd time for it to actually leave the world and there were then 2 in my inventory. They're all common seeds, mostly eggplant from what I remember. I wish there was a way to just eliminate the duplicates.

Yep, an old *occasional* bug that has gotten much worse in the last week or so. The Dune Desert battleship is particularly prone to this problem in my experience. I have had blue chests and single chests (Blueprint only) need to the deconstructed a 2nd or 3rd time also. Sometimes the chests reappear - always empty, dammit - when I reenter the wreck later.

This is a game bug, next time do not pick up duplicates in the ruins of starships. Saving and completely exiting the game helped me; when loading again, I could take things out of the chest, but they were already blocked in my inventory, I repeated the procedure of saving and exiting the game, and then threw away such things.

I had two eggplant seeds that were locked in one locker, and another two seeds (maybe the same ones, if they were duplicates) in another locker. I couldn't remove them and I couldn't destroy the lockers.

So I used a drone to move the locked seeds to my shredder. I set the lockers to "supply" and the shredder to "demand" eggplant seeds, and the drones dropped the 4 seed packets into the shredder. Even in the shredder they showed the "lock" icons. So I shredded them and then I was able to destroy the lockers they were in.
