There is no "nuclear teleporter".
What I was saying to do, that instead of making the fusion generator, make t2 nuclear generators instead.
You can make an infinite amount of them and they give 360 kWh each, and if you stack enough of them, you'll get the job done (stuff them in unimportant areas that you won't be visiting if you don't like seeing a million of them around your base)
and that solves the problem of not having enough pulsar quartz to build teleporters and fusion cells how exactly?
You didn't say Fusion Cells, you said "Generator".
Teleporters are optional, with a T3 Jetpack and a T4 O2 tank you can go almost anywhere in the map in one go from the "central" big lake area.
So...
/shrug
Also, I'm sure they will adjust how Quartz works in the future.

I did read that you cannot use the T2 drill on the pulsar quartz cave yet, and you can't craft it anymore. So, Yeah, if we want to build the tech that uses it we literally have to restart and only loot golden chests till we are at the TI required for them to spawn in chests, I thought pulsar quarts crafting recipes were gated enough.. I mean at least osmium is available before we can make use of it.
What's the problem?
Is this the pulsar cave you're talking about? I found 6 here.
