I am also getting this same issue.
1. I can't interact with my rune pages on any character. This happened once before and I verified the files through steam and it was fixed. It's happened again and verifying the files is no longer working. Rune pages are completely broken.
2. Not sure if this is a bug. On the fight with Pyke and the Treasure Golem , it still hits Pyke when Pyke is in Stealth. I've seen videos of people defeating this enemy by going stealth, and I figured this was the intended way to do it, but it just....targets Pyke no matter what.
EDIT: Ok, I've tested the Pyke fight some more and I think I know what's going on. If you engage the enemy with Bone Skewer, the enemy can just hit you no matter what. I have tested this 3 times and it happens every time, 2 hits on Pyke right off the bat even if I'm in stealth.
If you engage that enemy without being in the Mist I assume it has "Acquire a Target" and can hit you in Stealth once before it has to "Acquire a Target" again. If you engage with it not seeing you it has to Acquire first then hit you. If I'm correct....how do we know the enemy has successfully "Acquire a Target"? There is no visual change or buff/debuff that I can find. There is not counterplay to this enemy. It seems the strategy is just to Stealth and Carve and hope you get lucky...
EDIT 2: Ok, I think this fight is just...not functioning how I think it should or the AI is just so dumb sometimes as to make me think Stealth does anything here. Sometimes the enemy will "Acquire a Target" like 5 turns in a row then pummel me to death, others it doesn't bother with that and just pummels me to death straight away. Maybe this enemy is just meant to be taken on at a later time, but the mechanics of this fight are wholly unclear to me (if there even are any).
EDIT 3: Well, after banging my head against a wall for another 30 minutes, I got lucky enough with the AI to beat this fight. And I got a lvl 21 weapon on my lvl 16 Pyke that is borderline broken for this section of the game....and I don't feel like I accomplished anything. If this fight is working as intended, then it is the worst thing in either this game or Battlechasers. I got the Target Acquisition debuff once at the beginning of the fight, then it went away with Stealth...and the enemy just hit me. Make the Target Acquisition be required for the enemy to hit you in Stealth, and if it is...make the Debuff show up. I don't remember if in Battlechasers, if all your living party members were in Stealth if they could still be hit for balance reasons, but I never saw it communicated here at all.
There was a chance to make this a fun pseudo-puzzle fight and it just boils down to have enough health to take some hits and pray. Either make this fight impossible to win until later or just design it better.
Sorry for the rant.
Bug still hapenning .. It occurs when you use her Ilusion Orb 2B
Any solutions?! Frustrating...
1. The "Captain Floon" bounty unlocks too early (you can get it before you get the quest for Miss Fortune's 3rd ult) - the quest marker works but Captain Floon can't be found there.
2. The quest where the Ionian in Baron's Rest tells you to check up a warehouse does not point you towards the right place - the quest marker tells you to go to Fleet's Street, but the warehouse is in Slums Market
3. In Illaoi's 3rd ult quest, if you get the Idol by fighting in Baron's Rest Arena - but then go back to the seer, she resets the quest back to square 1 - meaning I currently have a lost idol as key item, but the quest has reverted to "acquire lost idol" step
4. The "Watch the baron drown" quest also unlocks too early, before you acquire Miss Fortune - going to the quest marker will make the scene zoom to the place where the baron should be drowning, but nothing happens.
5. I've had a softlock fighting against the giant worms the first time I reached the Shadow Isle, one worm used its burrow ability, I killed the other one and when it was the burrowed worm's turn, nothing happened and I couldn't do anything but open the menu to quit the game. I couldn't reproduce the bug later though.
6. After buying the Lighthouse Key once at the low tide market, coming back after a while makes it available again (even though it's a unique item)
Also, not a bug but you might want to consider auto-saving each time the player enters a new map / takes a rest? It might alleviate the frustration from some players getting game overs and losing 30 min of progress.
Good luck, enjoying the game so far!
I haven't personally ever encountered this issue before, ever, so I can't really tell what causes it.
I also hit the issue of not being able to interact with the rune page (with controller), but i was able to mitigate using keyboard. Worked for controller thereafter
