It was price dropped once, but never actually took part in any sort of sale. How are people supposed to find it on Steam?

the store page says win10 as minimum, but as it's often the case, it works on win7 and on much worse hardware than mentioned there. the developer probably couldn't test it on a wide variety of configs.
