"Nooooo wotp forces you to go singleton limiting your decks"
"Haha funny man forced to use ♥♥♥♥ cards"
Not to mention that they're all good cards, though Concentrate might be not too friendly towards your passive setup, at worst (but it's entirely optional anyway, with Singleton draw power, getting to 20 is reasonable enough via just those three cards minus Concentrate).
If you want to be (and stay) at 11 Charge (or higher), for say, Nikolai, just bringing the cards i mentioned (minus either Concentrate or Bulky Impact), and even with Singleton you'll have a ton of free deck space (and often can get to 11 Charge in Scene 1).
If you want to get Charge to 20 for "ultimates" i'd recommend forgoing and ignoring any Charge-consuming cards (they're not that fantastic anyway), and getting atleast 3 out of the 4 mentioned Charge cards in your deck. (Including or not including Concentrate depending on how fast you want to get to 20 Charge.)
And with Will of the Prescript and Multi-Slash you can just ignore cards that spend Energy for draw or light gain like Leap or Energy Conversion, as you won't need them anymore. It should be good at drawing all the Charge and Light and regular cards.
Though yeah, without WotP the draw-power of Charge decks is... Less desirable. Heck, a lot of things suck without WotP. Except BR and RM decks, as they bring their own draw power.
Because similar to other card games there are good cards and there are bad/mediocre ones. Some last for a row if not being unusable from the get go and some can last the entire game
It is pointless to use cards cards that by now have all reasons to be outdated amd then calling a specific receptions badly designed
Singleton is fine a solution, I just don't like having every dang deck having to rely on WoTP.
Works even better with Chesed or Tiph since Nihil rewards you for throwing out your entire hand and Faded Memories can make up for the general lack of draw.
