Could this game be construed as racist?

From what I see from the game intros It looks like Black people running along the streets killing white people,maybe I have got it wrong, Its a hoo hoo subject maybe I have gone too far even mentioning it, could I get banned? which I don't want ,so, my apologies in advance if I have offended anyone.

It's Arkane, they are quite open about their political preferences. And the old Arkane is gone, the heads have already left. I don't expect any white main characters in their future games, only white villains. But I will pass because of the non-existent regional pricing. Idc if my character is black, white, pink or blue, especially in a first person game. As long as they don't force their political opinions down our throat, everything should be fine. (Except for the regional pricing that asks for 1/3 of the average income here in Moscow)

Well it makes sense since black violence against white people are alot higher than vice versa and violence against any ethnicity in general blacks seems to be top scorers, even though they only make up 13 % of the population in US. Thats insane, if these statistics are true that is. Most black crimes are ignored by the media or they cover their faces if the perpetrator is black. Like with this random assault the media who reported it told they covered the criminals face because they had not identified him yet? :D..just lol.
