Invasion Level, should I go new game plus

Steam won't let me question mark or shift, but yeah, that's it. Should I go to new game plus if I wanna invade? I'm at level 138 since it supposedly lets me interact with 125-150. Just wanna INVADE, but it don't happen often.

The only things that matter are your rune level and highest weapon upgrade level. Other than that, you can set your invasion item to near/far and invade players within your matchmaking bracket, regardless of your world's ng cycle.

Also make sure to spam both invasion fingers to quickly refresh your priority.
And keep in mind that workdays are slower than weekends or holidays.

Honestly, in that case just go for it. Yeah having patience is needed more than ever compared to other souls games. But I believe you'll git gut eventually

Should you for some reason not want to start ng+, consider asking in the forum if anyone would be so kind to drop an additional Dragon Communion Seal for you. There are plenty of good souls around here.

Wait, what? Okay I wasn't aware of this. I genuinely thought you could invade whoever matched your bracket, regardless of having visited the area. Thanks for clarifying.

I was pretty sure that in NG+ you could invade anywhere you had already been to, from the start.

I mean I've unlocked just about every area by now, pretty sure I've been everywhere.

if you just want to invade stay on 1st cycle where you have access to all areas already. Ask to trade for the the item you want in a discord or a forum. Have fun!
