Varré's quest, Nepheli's quest (including Gostoc and Kenneth Haight), Selluvis' quest, Fia's quest, Dung Eater's quest, Hyetta's quest.
All if these are side quest, only Fia's, Dung Eater's, Goldmask's and Ranni's quest influence your ending of choice, plus an additional secret ending that is not tied to any quest.
Latenna’s quest line
Dungeaters quest line, although I’ve never let him live. My boy Boggart comes first.
Jarburg, and Alexander’s quest lines.
Fia’s and, D’s quest line.
My reasoning is fairly simple: What Seluvis does is about the most horrible thing someone could do to a living, thinking being.... but Dungeater is about the most horrible living, thinking being imaginable.
It is justice.
The purest and most obvious justice the game lets us enact.
And then not even using the puppet is the added insult cherry on the punishment cake.
I've never ever given the potion to Nepheli. She is a good girl. She deserves a happy ending.
I did that fully just once. Once.
Every single time since then I've killed D right at the start... so his brother picks a fight with me rather than Fia.... and she gets to rest in peace at the end. The only thing that bothers me is that one door at roundtable hold always remains locked as a result.
I think everybody has their own personal ending that they favour.... and much as I like Ranni's ending, I almost always opt to return Destined Death to the natural order and go with Fia's ending.
