Depends what kind of player you are.

Some people got addicted to the game. Me, I just wish I could refight the bosses in a boss rematch or something. I'm too lazy to replay the entire game just to fight 1 boss and I don't want to go into NG+ and lose my "completed" save.

You can keep playing NG+ for as long as your motivation allows, but the only in-game reasons I can think of to do so would be to get extra copies of the remembrances that you don't have enough mausoleums to duplicate, getting other endings of certain quests to get the associated items, and getting all of the endings for the achievements.

Just backup your save file, kill the bosses, and restore the old save. I must've killed every boss in this game and DLC over a hundred times each.

depends on how much of a min/maxer you are, there are quite a few endings but new game pluss lets you do multiple on one character which leaves one character with all the accumulated gear.

Yeah, I started doing that with Malenia. But it was too late for many others since I didn't know beforehand.

I love replayability so I wanna get the dlc but I don't want it to be just a one time thing I beat then quit

Not compared to some other games. On paper, yes since there's different attribute allocations and loadouts you can try, but it doesn't quite feel as satisfying to replay Elden Ring.

depends on what your after.

its an arpg, the locations and bosses are static, you just go into ng+ to fight harder versions of them.

It's not an infinitely replayable game that's meant to go on forever. Single-player games that are meant to be replayed for an indefinitely long period of time, such as Rimworld, Europa Universalis, or roguelikes such as The Binding of Isaac typically use randomization and dynamic storytelling to make every playthough different. The only thing New Game+ offers in this game is giving enemies more attack and defense. You get the exact same bosses, and the exact same rewards (that you'll already have) every time.

You already purchased it. So what is the point of the question? Don't know about thousands of hours, but I have hundreds in it (so far).

I just completed the expansion three times (first blind rest with guides and Fextra map) and i just discovered a new hidden boss in my fourth clear thanks a legend who made a thread about it.......So yes, OP.
