Fallingstar Beast is some of the better bosses in ER

which one? the one on top of a volcanno, that gives you TONS of room to work worth? or the one next to the lyndell stairs, who has a ledge that he cant get to that allows you to cheese him with spells? or the one inside a tiny "boss arena" that hes like 3/4 the size of?

cause their *all* optional.

Fullygrown Fallingstar Beast is one of my favorite boss fights in the game :)

The Fallingstar beast in the volcano was my least fav. boss. It's not difficult in a manner other bosses are.
The hitbox seemed to be off and it has a huge amount of health, making this enemy just a repetetive drag to fight.
Very doable, but also extremely boring.

I actually really enjoyed this boss in Crystal Tunnel.
I was severly underleveld and underpowerd and after 1h of hard fights i decided to use spirit ashes and beat it "1st" try with wolves

Was a hard fight without the ashes but always felt like when i died it was a mistake on my part.
It was also the first boss where i died when i had it down to 1 Hitpoint bug ;)

But i basically did beat it but it stayed alive with 1hp which at that time was a common bug in some situations.

Boss has 200hp left -> you do 300damage -> boss stays alive with 1hp for 1 more hit

So it will be forever in my heart

nah fam, low level that boss is pure trash. if you try fighting that guy when you would normally first discover that tunnel, its an uphill battle of you getting killed in 2 hits, so missing more than 1 dodge = death, against a boss who oftentimes is far too aggressive for his arena size and wont give you a chance to heal, attack back, or anything.

anything above level 60 and hes a joke, pure and simple, and if youre actually hitting him for 300 damage youre nowhere near under leveled, you probably just have poor stat placement if hes giving you a hard time. under leveled is when you first encounter him and youre hitting for 30-120 damage per swing, and your spirit ashes die as soon as you bring them out.

I knew he was there, i went in at level 44, i figured by now SURELY I should have some potential...♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 20dmg per hit.

Thanks to the Wiki I didn't know he was resistant to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything (RIP my strength focused build).

It seems like a pretty ordinary monster type boss to me. Just had to learn how to avoid the charge properly.

dude i fought him on 7.march which was in week 2 after release of the game

9 months later i have no idea how much damage i did ....
the 300 was just an example to explain the bug ...

you can see i was +2 flasks and low stats....
i think i was probably around level ~ 35
