How tolerant are you of games that look dated? I tried it recently and the fact that it's locked at 30fps and something like 720p resolution was a turnoff and I ended up quitting. If you don't mind that, sure. There are also plenty of other good PS4 games. Even better if you get the Pro.

I originally bought one specifically for Bloodborne in 2017 or so but I don't know if that's the play nowadays. Maybe if you can get one super cheap or perhaps a PS5 if you end up having enough other reasons get one of those.

And for those who don't know, there's a 60 fps patch made by twitch streamer Lance McDonald that can be downloaded and applied to the game (jailbroken PS4 Pro only I think but that could be outdated info).

Yes. It's the best game from the PS4, totally worth the buy.

If you can borrow a ps4 or get a good deal on a used one then yes. I played it for the first time last summer, got obsessed and beat every boss and the entire chalice dungeons, its an amazing game better than elden ring in many ways. However it does have frame issues and horrible chromatic aberration that can't be turned off. Maybe we'll get a ps4 emu one day, would rather have that than a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ remaster.
