Yes you are the best at rolling
The world is indeed nice to behold, but I beg to differ about combat. It’s not perfect but offers a better challenge than any other rpg out there. If I had a grievance I’d say I could only get as far as mid-game as a mage before succumbing to roll tactics. It seems the game is geared towards that play style. I was getting creamed try to cast spells, and forget about charging. But again, no other rpg can compete combat-wise.
Or are you able to beat the bosses but the combat is boring for you?
For me, combat System is some kind of "clunky", but it was fun for me.
i mean, souls games are all about observation, trial and error. you live you learn.
after being stuck in a boss or an area for extended period of time and finally getting through it because you figured it out its very rewarding, good little dopamine spike and you're hooked up for more.
so stop being bad and trying to look for an easy way through, you are the problem in gaming these days. you are why devs make bad games and further promote the cheating culture.
imagine if we had same laws they have in Korea, when most gaming companies require you to use real ID to play and its publicly okay to shame people for cheating. basicly if you cheat in a game and get caught, you'll get ridiculed for it irl as well. isn't that wonderful, the level of accountability.
That doesn't work too well in late game where bosses don't sit and wait for you to melt them with your death beam. Rolling is the only viable option 3/4 in.
Maybe boring is the wrong word. Boss matches are not my favourite part, though I've defeated all of them. Exploring is. It's a pretty cool Gothic world to traverse.
