The Golden Halberd dropped by Tree Sentinel that greets you to Limgrave is SSS tier weapon: no horsesh*t AoW or anything - just raw damage output.
It combines speed and reach of a halberd with damage of a greataxe. Got nice moveset, R2s appear to have hyperarmor and deal thrust damage for some reason, just a very neat little swiss knife. Looks cool as hell too.

Str/fth with focus on bestial incantations and Crucible Knight gear.

If you're in Leyndell, you have access to Ordovis's Sword and Crucible Axe set through the Auriza Hero's Grave dungeon.

From there, you also have a way to Siluria's Tree, though it is a bit long. It can be found in Deeproot Depths, if you already have access to the location.

The weapons are melee monsters; the sword has high damage in general and absurd stance damage on its AoW, while the spear has high damage in general and absurd ranged damage on its AoW; the armour is top tier and among the best in the entire game; the incantations are melee-ranged and fun to use, plus you have access to a lot of buffs, heals, and misc incants as a faith user.

Claymore or other greatsword, with the Storm Strike ash of war from Bernahl's Warmaster's Shack in Limgrave.

That I know of, it's one of the very earliest long range AoW you can get your hands on, and it has an excellent refire rate - faster than the initial activation.

Its damage scales based off Str and Dex though.

Powerstance rotten battle hammer, customise them, play around with different elements/effects... they are all you will ever need.

Use bloodhounds fang still it’s a very powerful weapon no summoned most of base game(hate melinia) but beat the whole dlc even radahn with it and without summons.

Normally you don't work for a broken build, you just google a popular build.

Put a lot of strength and some endurance

You can cheese Blackguard Bogard with the Flail to get the Iron Ball early in the game.
