Talisman Pouch, Increase Talisman Slots?

I am on my first playthrough, and I read that Radan's rune has to be the second "major rune" you get in order to get a Talisman pouch.

Is that the only way to reach the Talisman slot cap?

I don't know where you read that load of bull, but Radahn has nothing to do with Talisman pouches.

You get all three as you make progress in your "main" objective, it's impossible to miss them.

4 slots in total. 1 youve already got, 3 more to get. first one u get from defeating Margit, if u didnt get it somehow, look at the twinmaidens and buy it from there, same applies for the rest of the pouches, 2nd pouche from progressing, get 2 great runes mostly Godrick and Rennala then speak with fingerreader enia in the hideout, however if u miss that too, look at twinmaidens, 3rd and last pouche u get from defeating Golden Godfrey, his ghost form, however if u didnt get it after defeatiing him, look at twinmaidens and buy it from there

You start with one talisman slot.

1st pouch is obtained by defeating Margit at Stormveil Castle.
2nd pouch is obtained by getting any two Great Runes and talking to Enia at the Roundtable Hold.
3rd pouch is obtained by defeating Godfrey's golden shade in Leyndell.

3 pouches + 1 starting slot = 4 talisman slots
