kinda love the experience :p
as far as balancing co-op, invasions are there to influence a co-op group's experience moving thru the normal parts of the game, fighting normal mobs out in the open world/levels, and its there to influence the difficulty and increase the length of an overall playthru, but in ER, pvp and invasions have absolutely nothing to do with boss fights.
im not really super stoked for the new nightreign game, mostly because of no pvp, but i do think it will be pretty fun and interesting to be able to co-op bosses who are designed specifically to be fought by 3 players. we've never really had that in a souls game before. in demons souls thru ER DLC, if you want to co-op a boss and all players in the session are experienced, it changes the difficulty and overall flow of the fight dramatically, and although i love random co-op and most of the time summon for bosses just to have fun and do sunbro ♥♥♥♥, but often the fights end so quickly and easily that it just ends up being underwhelming. im really hoping there will be nightreign bosses that i can fight as part of a 3 person team while maintaining the difficulty of a solo boss fight in ER/ds3.
i was try that item when i was soloing, and not worked, after i watch couple of onlywaifu video, yes would be awesome if that item work on solo mode.
Is the fight suddenly more balanced now?
Utter nonsense, of course not.
Consider it judged.
Also people, here's the weird crazy I've warned you all about with this one.
Invasions were added to that mod.
If you're looking to minimize invasions, the Seemless coop mod is the way to go. Seemless will allow you to turn invasions off or on, and that decision, like it should be in the actual game, is up to the player.
You can enable/disable them on a whim.
nah, man. people take the path of least resistance. if people could turn off invasions, the people invasions are *really* meant for would never have to deal with them.
I hope they add 'Going to another player's world in an invasion flags your account so that you are randomly invaded by groups of invisible black knife assassins every few minutes any time you are not in another player's world. Sentry torches do not reveal these enemies.' to vanilla ER just for people like you XD
