Cant find Blaidd
So i got the finger snap from kale but Blaidd does not appear and i cant see him sitting on top of the ruins. Is he somewhere else or have i missed something?

Bliadd moves on to a different location entirely at some point during the playthrough.

Have you met Ranni the Witch in Liurnia already?

oh, i did advance the quest. found him on the radahn fight and did nekron after that. but thanks anyways :)

If these steps were not done before kIlling Radahn, this is the outcome for Blaidd:
- he won't be be at the Mistwood Ruins
- his summon sign will not be at the Forlorn Hound Evergaol
- he won't be at Ranni's Rise if you decide to enter her service
- he won't be at Siofra River Bank
- he will be at Ranni's Rise (hostile) after completing Ranni's quest

He drops his sword and armor if killed at Ranni's Rise. So, the only thing missable is the 'Finger snap' gesture, which OP already has in this case
