FRENZIED FLAME SEAL drop ?

my hyetta questline is buged/dead (edgar wont spawn at Revenger's Shack) so theres no chance to get it for me

Make sure you followed the steps. Killed the boss. Used up all the "talk" options with Edgar. Revisited Edgar at his daughter's location. Go to Revenger's shack.
I actually killed the boss before finding Edgar. One guide said that was wrong, but Edgar still showed up at his daughter's location and the shack.

i tried all...but i guess i killed "2 many" great bosses so hostile NPCs wont spawn anymore....

If everything else does not work go back to Castle Morne where Edgar would usually sit, kill him and reload the area by fast traveling. When you return to where you killed him you should be able to pick up a shabriri grape to progress Hyettas questline.

It bugged for me too but the ending isn't tied to the quest luckily.

Yee. Those questlines don't really tell you how to get that ending. When you reach a specific area, a somewhat familiar NPC is close by and will just tell you where to get that ending.
