yes, the game was a pvp shooter so it's not like it had some campaign with writing to mess up anyway

After Concord's and Dragon age veilguard's immense success it is concrete proof that DEI is the way forward for all gaming companies.

I am eagerly waiting to see how many classes genders their next game will have.

Fromsoft isn't "starting to rot" 😂

Inclusivity is fine. From have had, shall we say, ambiguous characters in just about every title. The problem is the prevalent method by western companies seems to be designing characters who have no other personality traits than HR-form checkboxes

The problem with Dragon age isn't the inclusive points in the character creator, even though imo the characters look ridiculous for a fantasy setting, it's the bland, soulless writing that is so sanitized to avoid any chance of even mild discomfort to anyone - there is no passion. It's corporate HR dept in game form

IMO art should make you feel something and part of that is sometimes that will be stuff that will offend some people or make them unfomfortable. That is OK. AC6 is a fu**in smorgasbord of feelings and you never even see a face. Dragon age front loads everything for you and it's hard to even give a crap about any of it as a result. It's a boardroom game, Concord was a boardroom game, many others are too.

Nothing Fromsoft has created even whiffs slightly of a boardroom game. The type A and type B really only offends the most terminally online little snowflakes, in a textbook case of hilarious irony
