Um... yeah i tried to use it and it was kinda whatever, but it was very brief, so i didnt really tested much with it.
If not straight upgrades over their predecessors.
Like giant hunt is now a flame giant hunt.
Impaling thrust is a flame impaling thrust with a projectile etc.
A lot of stuff is super weak right now, they'll buff weak elements eventually.
Also, that one is good, since it buffs the weapon for a fair amount of time.

Now we even have Rennala and Rellana.
But yeah, the buff is the main deal of the AoW, unlike the other one, where it hardly lasts.
If a light greatsword can draw such numbers out of Flame Spear, I would imagine putting it on a heavier weapon is a death sentence to any and all PvE enemies (unless they're heavily resistant to Fire, of course).
