Reason to use Rellana's Cameo over Shard of Alexander?

as title - i feel really cool holding my stance for the requisite 2s before releasing in order to get the damage buff, but purely numerically it looks as if im strictly disadvantaged if im only going to use one? pls someone tell me theres another reason bc i rly want to use the cameo instead LOL

I mean, there's no reason not to use shard of Alexander. Is there any talisman you can get rid of to make room for Rellana's cameo? Assuming you want to use it.

You have to hold the stance for about 1.5 seconds to get the buff. Alexander is continuous. It would be best to run Alexander mainly.
In fact, if you want to maximize the damage of certain skills that qualify as a stance, why not use both at the same time?
