Help, killed Albus NPC and didn't get medallion

as the title suggests I accidentally killed Albus in the Village of the Albinaurics and didn't get the medallion for some reason. I see no solution on google :') any ideas pls & thanks

I guess if you really didn't get half of the medalion the only way would be to do another playthrough or cheating.

I just tried this and the vendor isn't there either :') so idk if you need to do a questline for him (I promise I haven't killed him too)

no I didn't get half of it :( I was just exploring the map when I killed him and forgotten about it then came back to area to get the medallion remembering that I killed the guy in the pot that was holding the piece I needed :D and it's not in my inv from earlier so idk what happened to it :( really don't want to start again

it does say if you kill him it should drop so try closing game and going back if u havent done

I killed him yesterday whilst exploring :/ so game has been closed since then ofc

If nothing works, you can try cheat engine/mods to give yourself the item.

The mod being Glorious Merchant, its fairly simply to install and it’s safe to use as long as you don’t grab any Cut Content items.

Also you gotta launch it from the mod launcher, Nexus has the steps for it.

I may have to :( cause I don’t want to start again, but it’ll be a last resort, still hoping someone’s ran into the same problem as me and resolved it without cheats :/

You could try the Church of Vows, speak to Miriel and do Absolution. Not sure if it would work though. I doubt it... unfortunately.

Hmm in two years i never saw something like this before......But a quite "didactic" bug....im sure you will never attack a friendly NPC first again.
