You know you can turn off getting invaded in Seamless Coop right?
This post is for the people I see jumping off cliffs when I invade their teams in Seamless. Hilarious really... It's literally right there in the options.

People don't mind winning, though.

I didn't think Seamless cacas could ever get any goofier but here we are

its on by default which im sure confuses some people who are used to things being opt in systems rather then opt out.

probably just skipping the fuff until they finish up and turn it off after they finish playing.

What you really meant to say is, "Many people are afraid to lose to a real player due to their ego, so they'd rather jump than get better at the game by fighting real players and risk losing" It's literally a game, should enjoy losing as much as winning if you have a healthy mindset.

Don't join then, it's already pretty damn amazing. You deciding to hate on Seamless has no impact on the fun we're having.

The point of my message is to reach those that don't fall into that category.

Meds. I didn't at any point say I dislike Seamless and wouldn't use it myself to play with my fellas. I just said that some guys who play it are really goofy (The people the original post talks about to be more precise) and that's it.

sure, they'll find out after, but until then they'll just take the dive lol

Not really, you sound pretty mad about lol. If you remove those personal feelings from your quote, you'd have a better picture:

People don't mind winning, [so they'll host the invasion when the odds of winning are high. But] many people are afraid to lose, so they'd rather jump than risk losing [when the odds are against them.]

EDIT: formatting

Just make an RP invader like name, slow walk to them and they'll think you're an npc and not an actual player. :praisesun:

it's more that invaders tend to have unfun loadouts and/or twink setups that make beating them an impossible task. just skipping the "fluff" and dying, makes sense.

>Impossible task
I mean beating the sweaty ones may be really hard but it's definitely not impossible, especially when you have up to 4 people on your side and considering that twink setups are nowhere near as powerful in Elden Ring as they were in previous soulsborne games (due to the restriction on weapon upgrades). And from what I've read on the state of Seamless PvP, large amount of the invaders there are goofy cacas that shouldn't be hard to deal with at all.

That would be true for some loadouts in 1v1.

With number advantage everything is viable with exception of completely nuts "builds" like "10 vig champ" or "IusedRNGforMYstats champ".

Well said. Losing really isn't terrible, but sometimes even can serve as an example on what to improve on.

Also, people tend to forget that they are playing a soulsborne rpg. The protagonist always was just some dude in a long line of dudes before them who happened to have some things going for them, and that losing and dying is (or rather: could be) a part of the trade, no matter if it's against a random pve mob or another player.
