Whats the difference between Mohg and Mogh?
Are they brothers like godrick and godefroy? After all it seems like a cheap copy paste in order to fill up content..

Are you talking about the guy in the sewers vs the guy in the palace? The guy in the sewers isn't real (like Golden Godfrey). He is a projection/spirit from Margott meant to protect against those seeking the three fingers. If you notice, the guy in the sewers has immunity to things that the real Mogh doesn't (you can't bleed him, immune to scarlet rot/poison, etc). He's a spirit (like the godskins in the spirit caller cave).

I assume you are talking about the base game bosses. There is no Mogh, it's Mohg both times and it's the same guy.

mohg and mohgwyn are the same person, mogh is just a misspelling.
The Mohg in the sewer is just a projection as it is unaffected by status effects just like all the other projections. They're the same dude, like Margit, and Morgott at Leyndell outskirts are just projections of Morgott at the Elden Throne.

One of them is a stupid illusion.
The other is deluded and possesses Nihil
I believe Mohg, Lord of Blood is the real deal, as in the brother of Morgott, while Mohg in the sewers the same kind of phantom Morgott can create of himself, like he does at the beginning of the game, as Margit the Fell Omen.

I believe that Morgott instructed Mohg to guard the entrance to the Flame of Frenzy, so noone will gain access to it. Mohg then sent a phantom in his stead. If you haven't beaten Morgott yet, the entrance will also be blocked further by a seal Morgott created.

The seal looks like this:

Mohgwyn is the name of the dynasty Mohg tried to create. Check out the item description of the Moghwyn Palace map piece:
https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Map+(Mohgwyn+Palace)

Map of Mohgwyn Palace and environs.

In the lightless depths lies the grave of an ancient civilization. It is here Mohg, the Lord of Blood, is building his palace, to be the seat of his coming dynasty named Mohgwyn. And whatever nightmares that may bring.
Thanks guys. Yeah i wondered about the illusion in the sewers and i thought both were written a little bit different but i guess i was wrong at that.
