Been reading up on the lore (haven't played yet as i'm waiting for my vacation time) a bit. and someone said that raddahn is supposed to be the gay concubine of his brother, and that a man turns into a mother of fingers and such?

Is this true?

Reading through these pages is a cruel reminder this is what passes as lore in Elden Ring, which itself represents the story. ER is a decent ARPG to be sure, but let's not kid ourselves that reading inscriptions about the family relations between these vile beings is remotely connected to a storyline.

1.) its highly unlikley Radahn is willingly together with Miquella.
Why would Miquella send Malenia to Kill Radahn if Radahn just agrees to Miquella
I mean there is zero need for him to send Malenia when Radahn happily joins their side

2.) Radahn is a loyal warrior to the golden Order

There is 0 hints in whole Elden Ring about Radahn possibly being gay....

3.)
There is strong hints though that Miquella is gay but no 100% absolute confirmation.

Overall in the end Fromsoft lets you choose what you want to believe.

And its obvious many people here have different opinion on what they want to believe

Again I'll point out the eastern/western philosophies regarding soul/life force. In eastern belief energy is shared and thus "two people sharing one soul" isn't viewed similarly to the west. Two individuals can be inhabited by the same energy and that makes sense in Japan but less sense elsewhere.

Miquella is a child, that's what you have to understand. He is forever a child, which means he will always think like a child and have a naive view of the world which is what his "order of compassion" is inspired on.

Miquella envisions a world without conflict simply because he just can't understand the complexities behind it, much like a child wouldn't. He has a very black and white view of good and evil, like a child would

The same applies to his brother. Miquella doesn't understand the concept of sex he just thinks his bother is strong and caring. That's all, that's why he picked Radahn. The scary thing about Miquela is that he's literally a child with the power of a god.

Consort is for men.

I mean Miquella is obviously a twink, but I'm not sure we can extrapolate anything about Radahn's sexuality since he didn't consent to be there. He is brain-washed.

It is an AG. There is no RP in it though. Like you said... no storyline... ergo not an RPG.

If you parry Radahn and stun him during the fight, the look on his face seems a bit disturbing and confused, like he's in a trance. That makes it even more disturbing. Well, that and he's using his step brother's flesh to incarnate.
