Miquella did abandon his female alt Trina, so it is Miquella with Radahn, unlike his mother Marika, it was Marika with Godfrey, Radagon with Rennala, and in the end Marika with Radagon, always a male and a female. Unless Miquella can create another female alt... It is pretty gay, I wouldn't say concubine though.

As for Ymir, yes he does want to be a mother of fingers and he seems to have birthed some which all died very soon. From some items we learn that you can become a finger, or at least some tried and failed, so maybe it is possible a mother too, but how was not explained.

Part of what's being lost is that Miquella's power is that of persuasion via enchantment. Whether or not he used this power on Radahn is unknown but it's a fairly safe assumption and would explain why Radahn would agree to bring Miquella into his fold.

That's quite funny, I've never heard of a pay piggy.

But Trina is just an aspect of Miquella, she's no more human than fly to the moon (dark or otherwise). That thing in the flower garden is hallucination as I see it.

The love miquella abandoned was Thiollier.

The Trina from the original game IS miquella, and people thinking him so beautiful / androgenous looking.

He goes on adventures, and has a cool torch.

Then he met thiollier, and they fell in love and were best of friends.

But miquella had to go on a vision quest to take over the world, and that made Thiollier sad. Poison crafting and vendor levels of sad.
