so I'm playing as a healer. this guy summoned me to fight against Jori, Elder Inquisitor. we were fighting against the boss and I was successfully healing the host and another yellow. we're almost killed the boss and this dude (while being attacked by Jori) sent me home. why?

might have been bad timing on losing internet. or they might not have noticed you healing and felt you weren't helping.

Healer? Mmmm probably the player sent you home because this is not Diablo??. Or World of Warcraft? Like a meme I guess can be funny but I don’t believe random users summoning because the boss is too hard are going to appreciate it. They want you to actively help to kill the boss. At least those would be my expectations.

Dude, you shouldn't need to summon other players for Jori, Elder Inquisitor that boss is ez you just need to master his moveset and use spells and also rotten breath

I forgot to mention I used Light of Miquella against the boss.
also It's so often that players dying so fast so I thought it's a good idea to make a healer build.
I mean I'm pretty sure they killed him since the boss was almost dead

No, no. The cheeky host thought he would gain all the runes so he sent the phantoms home. These types of players have shown up a lot recently. Block him OP.

A dedicated healer, as long as he knows what he's doing, can make you nigh invincible. You can eat all the hits in the world and beat the boss anyway because that guy was saving you from a deathblow every time with Heal from Afar.

And what is this comparison to WoW/Diablo even? Are you really trying to say that role-playing has no place in an Action/RPG game?

Oh I see. I understood that all you did was to heal them. Well then I don't know what it was. It could be that he didn't like your play style or he's someone who joined the latest trend of sending players home before the boss dies to deprive them from the rewards. It hasn't happened to me personally, but I've read that there are people doing it now.
