Smithing Stone (3)

So does anybody have any good hotspots to find this stone? I'm trying to upgrade the Bloody Helice, I've been using the Great Epee for awhile but its time to move on to something else. I seem to have every other stone except that one.

Raya Lucaria Tunnel is the go-to mine to grab a bunch of +3 smithing stones. If you want to farm them, the enemies in Gael's Tunnel (Caelid) drop +3 and +4, tho it's kind of a pain.

The smithing bell that supplies +3 can be easily obtained in Sealed Tunnel (Altus Plateau). You don't even have to complete the dungeon, just walk up to the chest its in and leave.

There is weird deficit of stone 3, unbalanced maybe idk. I had many higher but couldn't find enough 3 for a long time

Farming soldiers outside raya lucaria academy will get you smithing stones 1-3. I don't think its terribly quick, but its good practice at least.

Aside from that, look in the mines to the northeast of the academy, near the walking mausoleum.

If you have the bloody helice, then you're just a step away from getting the bell bearing to buy as many (3)'s as you want. It's in a cave just outside the capital, near the site of grace just inside the gate on the southern end of the wall guarded by two tree sentinels. From the site of grace, head northeast down into the ravine and then head all the way east once you hit the water.

The gazebos around the Liurnia have +3 stones. Not all of them are visible on the map, however.
