When i first saw the Elden Beast immediately i thought "My Lord, this is actually Lucemon (Larva Mode) within Gehenna" so i'm wondering if is there anyone out there who agree or disagree with that statement.

Sort of. Idk your game fandom, but Elden Beast is just a 'spoiler?' cheap looking dinosaur. Brontosaurus or something like that. For a game series released with three well done 'dark' stories with gruesome scary bosses I'm not impressed.
I remember fighting a skull reaper queen, honestly the second form does not belong in DS style at all imp.

Edit: Some kind of Digimon is a more appropriate comparison, similar to your example.
