SPOILER!!! question about Miquella's Needle SPOILER!!!

So I finished the game and becoming Lord of Frenzied Flame. To clarify I didn't know that you could undo this title by using Miquella's Needle (I had to look it up to find that out)

So I used the needle after defeating the final boss and after the cut scene where Melina vows to find and end me (T^T) ~~i didn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ know~~ Does this still undo my title and hope she forgives me or is that an option we have yet to see? Probably DLC

It does nothing unfortunately, except for removing the yellow eye alteration you had after meeting with the three fingers.

Melinas cutscene is purely for the lore I believe.
There is no way she will forgive you, sorry about that.

Just interesting to mention that even after the events of becoming Lord of Frenzy the entrance to the Great Erdtree is closed, despite having touched a grace after defeating the boss, and the Tree is not burst open like the cut scene.

I agree, it feels a little bit sad that the world you play in does not undergo any alteration no matter which ending is picked.

I wouldn't say 'sad' too soon tho. Altho at this point it's all assumptions anyway, but my guess is DLC. Was just hoping there was another info I might have missed concerning the needle and Melina, I guess not.

I really hope the dlc will add something which alters the current endings.

But yeah there isn't really much more to know about the needle and Melina I believe.
