Random heal during duel ?
Sometimes during duels ,enemies gets hp back when i hit them. The heal they get is same amount the damage I deal. To be honest it happened to me 3-4 times. Is that a bug or some kind of game mechanic.

There is also a flask that heals you by 30% when your health drops below 20%.

It can also happen with damage calculation that you hit on your screen and not on theirs due to lag. So if you hit them, they may have dodged and their game tells your game it was wrong and their health is adjusted on your screen accordingly.
