This is what they say:

Increases damage of normal/heavy attacks, charged heavy attacks, jumping normal/heavy attacks, and guard counters performed when two-handing a single weapon by 15%.
DOES stack with similar talismans such as the Claw Talisman for jumping attacks or the Axe Talisman for charged heavy attacks.
Does NOT work with Ashes of War.
Does NOT work with dual wielding a pair of weapons.
Does NOT work with any paired weapon, such as Starscourge Greatsword, Ornamental Straight Sword, fists, claws, beast claw, backhand blades, and perfumes
Does NOT work with Bows, Light Bows or Greatbows.
The talisman DOES appear to boost the damage for the Smithscript Hammer, Axe, and Shield, however it does not boost with any backstabs or ashes of war including "discus hurl" on the shield. The Smithscript daggers do not receive any damage boost whatsoever.

It applies to two-handed weapons.

A single weapon, held in two hands. It does not affect dual-wield weapons (one in each hand).

===

However, it does not buff all attacks. There are many Ashes of War that are NOT affected by this talisman, and it will only consistently buff the basic moveset. Be sure to test whether or not the Ash of War used is actually buffed - for example, Dragon-Hunter's Great Katana Ash of War is not buffed by this talisman at all, neither the charged beam not the actual strike of the weapon (if it connects).

It's all the attacks, just not skills (ashes of war).

Does it work with that thing that turns the game into Sekiro?

I don't know, I haven't tested it myself
Toast Jul 7, 2024 @ 5:27am
I could be wrong, can’t test it right now. But I’m pretty sure it buffs fist weapons too. I can confirm in a few hours.

Why wouldn't it? Guard counters with two-handed weapons are two-handed attacks.

It buffs every single weapon you hold in two hands by 15%.

Therefore it can stack, so say you do a jumping attack with claw talisman.

Thats 30% increase etc.

Pretty much all bonuses in Elden Ring are multiplicative, so it should actually come out at an 32.25% increase.

From fextra.

"Increases damage of normal/heavy attacks, charged heavy attacks, jumping normal/heavy attacks, and guard counters performed when two-handing a single weapon by 15%.

DOES stack with similar talismans such as the Claw Talisman for jumping attacks or the Axe Talisman for charged heavy attacks.

Works with some Ashes of War. (fextra didn't test all ashes of wars)

About the ashes of war, roars that come from modified heavy attacks get buffed.
Ranged roars don't get buffed, and seems anything else doesn't get buffed.

Okay so tripple or quadruple stacking talismans bonuses using two handed talisman as your base is actually more efficient then I initially realized.

Appreciate the info.
