Building and render glitch

Today i just wanted to play and when i loged in i had like half of buildings glitched and they disappeared it looks like xray or smth but i dont have anything inlstaled. Nothing works turning on and off game restarting pc or turning off online. Idk what to do does someone know how to fix it??

Did you try verifying your game files with steam, restarting your Pc and verifying again?
