Solitude is the best weight to damage reduction armor in the game but i think the best for damage reduction is moores set but it weighs way more.

There's a spreadsheet you can download which will allow you to see for yourself by sorting physical/strike/slash/etc., but it might be outdated and won't have the DLC stuff either

Yeah, but the only downside is you can't click on the tab names to find out which one gives more physical or more piercing mitigation and such

I think there's a mistake on fextralife

Radahn's set and Tree Sentinel Set actually gives the same kind of protection as the Solitude set (some differences there and there) for a much lighter weight

Yeah, Solitude seems it has a really bad weight/res ratio and pretty much only has the high Focus stat going for it. Plenty of sets from the base game outclass it, not to mention the Verdigris Set.
