for dlc you have to build correctly overpower build for dlc work but not at full power as base game (

The guy is asking why the runes don't increase from NG to NG+.

Another guy Said this as well, but the point of this thread is that the rune drops from Enemies seem to Stay the same on ng+.
I have the same issue, killing a Boss in sote on ng+2 gives me the axact same amount of Runes as reward as killing the same Boss on a New game.
So the question is, does sote not scale up the rune drops as well?
Which would be the same as the chalice dungeons in Blood Borne, but Different to all other dlc's.
It's not about any other scaling than rune drops from Enemies.
I don’t think there was a situation where ng+ was increasing difficulty but not the rune drops.
Sounds like something unintentional.
It’s also disappointing that the best farming spot remains in the base game.
