Bug report: You can "get stuck" inside boss arenas in the DLC if the game crashes

Last night I had a power outage as I was fighting the dude in the Northern Nameless Mausoleum, and today when I loaded back into the game, I was already inside the boss arena where you'd fight the dude. The gold fog gate was up, but I couldn't pass through it the other way, and the boss wasn't spawning either. While I could warp out to a nearby Grace to escape, if not for that, dying to respawn likely would have been the only solution to get out.
