Ranni ending with frenzy flame?

Can I still get the Ranni ending without removing the frenzy flame of madness from the 3 fingies

or do I have to remove it first, because I like the glowing yellow eyes it gives me and don't want to lose them, they are cool

Edit: Sorry if it was unclear, I have a needle, killed all bosses excepet the elden beast since I'm saving him for after I finish the DLC and can use it within the dragonlords arena (who is also dead ofc)
I just a question of will ranni's summon sight appear if I still have the flame or do I need to go remove it first before her sign will appear

I like the yellow eyes, it makes my character look like a very dangerous homeless schizo

I ALSO have gotten all the endings on previous characters, So I don't need to make extra saves to get the others, its just personal choice

make a copy of your save file, use miquellas needle in dragonlord placidusax's arena, inevitably die in the boss fight there, marry ranni, revert to the back up save and pretend you didnt get married in another life.

You can choose to remove the Frenzied Flame whenever you want. So just get Miquella's Needle and you'll just have to use it before taking on Elden Beast.

Yes I have done all that
Like I said, do I need to remove it first, I can at any time

I have the needle, I have wiped all the bosses and I have checked, yes I can use the needle in the dragonlords boss arena

I have the needle, I have wiped all the bosses and I have checked, yes I can use the needle in the dragonlords boss arena

Then I guess the best thing to do is to backup your save, play offline, use the item, get the Ranni ending, reloading your backup, go back online, then keep playing
