Ban on high items amount
so, i imported a save file to my steam game, because i used to play on xbox and wanted to play the dlc here, the save has a ton of consumables, like full stacks of it, and someone mentioned that having too much items may cause a ban, if i just drop/delete all these consumables will i be in trouble?

You won't get banned for having max consumables, if they are valid consumables that are accessible to players trough normal gameplay.

Hey there,

I have like 400+ upgrade materials for weapons, probably less now, I've been camping at Flower Lady's for the past two year pretty much, just stacking up runes. Had no issue with it. Bought materials for 11-12 million runes? ... something like that

This sounds like some word of mouth urban legend kind of thing. This is roughly how it works.
If you at any point edit your save and just put items into your inventory without picking them up/earning them in the game world, that is what can cause a ban when the game checks your profile.
If your allocated stats total does not match with your starter "class" total maximum and your level.
If you somehow have more runes than you should because your rune counts don't match (game tracks total amount earned, spent and lost).
Picking up items dropped for you by players who have cheated could also trigger a ban. Or it is just cheated items that are dropped that matters, I'm not 100% on that. Generally, not picking up anything dropped for you by anyone whom you don't 100% trust is the safe bet.

Having a high amount of items (or max amount, for that matter) will not get you banned. What will most likely get you banned is importing a save file that was not originally created using your steam profile, if you don't follow each steps necessary to properly import it. There are tools available on Nexus however. Do so at your own discretion.

Good luck!

So, are you saying you were doing that with an online character, playing online with that, invading and all? (offline does not matter, you can do w/e you want with that, ask any speedrunner).
