Getting lords runes gets you banned ?
I just helped a host with tree sentinel and he gave me 99 lords rune.
Can i get banned ?

No ban , that only happens when have items that you aren't supposed to have , example spawning in Fia's underwear using cheat engine NOT that i know anything about that stuff at all , definitely not

Bans are not instantaneous. Doesn't matter either way because, like mentioned above, Lord Runes are legitimate items and you won't get banned for picking them up, even if that player cheated them in.

I like to give them to honest coopers who look like they are struggling when I invade. I drop them a load of runes, give em a wave, and sever out

Something similar happened to me in Dark Souls 1! I was invaded by someone who had identical fashion sense as me. We ran around each other and gestured. He then dropped me 99 humanity and peaced out. It was one of my first friendly invasions and one of my favorite gaming memories.

The bans are on Wednesdays/Thursdays (depending on your time zone), not instant lol
