What is the item which increases estus flask count and potency?

The "Estus" in this game is "Flask of Crimson Tears" ("Cerulean Tears" for Mana). You need "Sacred Tears" from the churches around the map to increase healing potency. For Flask count you need "Golden Seeds" scattered pretty much everywhere.

Potency: Sacred tears. Found mainly at church ruins across the lands between.

Quantity: Golden Seeds. Various sources, included juvenile Erdtrees, and loot from Ulcerated Tree Spirits.

One can also get a Golden Seed from Roderika's questline. After progressing to where she moves to Roundtable Hold, return to Stormhill Shack where Roderika was first encountered and a Golden Seed should be lying on the ground where she was previously sitting.

There's also a talisman that increases estus potency. Crimson Seed Talisman.
