not immune, reduced; enough to get something done. You can always chug health accordingly to the damage if you can't/won't get the tear.

I help regularly and i mess up sometimes with the physick and have to resort to health flasks, so it can be done.

What I find sad is when the host forgets(?) to heal between each nihil. I may be able to get Mohg's attention, I can't prevent the nihil damage

i did him below lvl 80 alone without the crystal cuz at this time i didn't know about the crystal. I also have Nephili Loux +10

if you cant spare 3 flasks at 50% mohg. you cant survive the dlc.

you shouldn't even heal until the last nihil anyways if you have purifying tear
