Can't access DLC, NPC is missing!

I've beaten both bosses, got the DLC downloaded, but I the Leda character is missing from Moghwyn Palace. I have killed the Elden Beast and I'm not sure if that affects anything.

Is there something I need to do to activate them so I can enter the DLC?

it isnt Leda that takes you there, you have to interact with Miquella's hand in the coccoon

just touch the hand, its not that difficult, i didnt even know there had to be npc in mohg palace

He was added with the DLC.

me too. killed the Elden Beast and can't touch the hand
but my another character can get in ,and i don't know why.

DLC is glitched, we have to wait for another patch.

I have no option to interact with the hand, no prompt comes up when I'm near it.

Yeah, the empty Mohg arena is the same as ever for me and I am wondering if I really have to start a NG+ and beat him all over again in order for the DLC gates to open up. That's not what is actually expected of the player, is it? It can't only work by beating Mohg WHILE having access to the DLC, right?

Has anyone else managed to get into the DLC with an already-beaten Mohg? I'd like to look into this, but I also want to go in as blind as possible and avoid spoilers...

Yep. Saw Leda standing there as soon as I teleported back to Mohg's arena.

I wonder if me having a bunch of dead NPCs on this run glitched it. I think that sort of stuff has led to similar issues in the past, right?

same here. my first save with all bosses dead ready to go ng+ but waited for all dlc.

Uninstall + reinstalled the game, fixed the issue.
