I dont care to be honest
I payed only 60€ for elden ring - a game with content for a 120€ game. What gives?
They did good work.. just pay them so they can go further with new games.
But the game with DLC included is a bundle. And those exist in the exact same way for basically all others games with DLC. Why is it this time different and bad?
Only up to the level of calling him a "doo doo head" though, beyond that and the mods come in and take you to Steam Gulag.
I know :) I'm asking them.
It's like these people have never interacted with retail pricing in their lives. I can only assume they're like 12 years old.
No problem at all, Lord Bob.
Ah yes, the typical "think of it as if the base game is cheaper, not the DLC"
But you know what? I'll bite and pretend the base game is now (worth) $39,99
So in other words you are seriously saying, that a DLC with roughly the size of Limgrave (maybe a bit more) and 10+ new boss fights is worth the same as the base game and is not overpriced? Let that sink for a moment....
Okay, I'll bite your argument. Fair is fair. Don't like the pricing, great, that's cool and I understand. I really don't know if the price point takes advantage of the fan base and the runaway success Elden Ring was / is. Though if you don't like the price point set by Bandai Namco you can vote with your wallet and the the DLC later with a discount. The less people purchase the DLC for the asking price, the likelier it is to go on sale sooner, so Bandai Namco can recoup their development costs and be profitbale for the sake of their shareholders.
