How do i get down the river?

At Ainsel river after defeating dragon skin theirs a site of grace at below the river. I tried so many different ways to get there but i cant find a way. Does anyone know how?

There's no way down until after General Radahn is dead, and you end up there through an entirely different path. Seeing it early was just the game trolling us.

but i have already defeated him and i never got sent there

Its another area that is kind of locked off behind another questline. Though you only need to progress the questline up to a certain point to unlock the area.

Minor spoiler: It has to do with a certain blue lady. Go find her.

yeah i accepted her quest and was tryna unlock that blue door in her area but a yt video said i had to enter the cave. i still don't know how to enter the lava part of it. I couldn't find any yt videos to help either.

You never get "sent" there per se. But one of the towers after Carian Manor will open up and it can teleport you there.

i open her quest line way later in the story after killed redahn, that's probably why the door wont open and When i try to talk to her shes sleeping and doesn't say anything.

If you killed Radahn, go to the forest west of Fort Haight. There should be a giant hole. That will lead to upper Siofra.

For Ainsel you can get to Deeproot Depths from the coffin in the Gargoyles boss room. About halfway through Deeproot there is another coffin nearby a mounted headless knight leading to Ainsel main area with Nokstella. You can also get there via the portal in Renna's rise in Caria manor.
