Bloodhound Fang or Nakakiba
Which one is stronger for PvE and recommended? What is the best weapon for blood builds?

The Bloodhounds Fang has more raw damage output and decent innate bleed buildup, but if you wish to go for a dedicated bleed build, then a Blood-Infused Nagakiba will be your way to go.
For PvE purposes both choices are great in their own rights though!

On my opinion, blood builds profit more from Nagakiba, as it can be infused with Ashes of War and generally with occult infusions.

Generally speaking, Bloodhound's Fang is probably stronger against pve I believe, as it's overall (stance) damage is greater than that of a non dedicated (occult infused) Nagakiba.

edit: beat me to it, Imperator Ricardo :praisesun:

BHF for low to mid RL, the ash skill is great especially early game, and jump R2 attacks work pretty well with it too. Once you rack enough stats you can start using Nagakiba with blood/cold infusion.

Fang by a large margin in terms of general PVE. It is stellar in almost any str/dex config as far as AR goes, can be buffed (bloodflame blade ftw). Ash is nice as it can be both defensive and offensive. (EDIT: forgot to mention the not insignificant AR boost if you two-hand it even at base stats)

Though, you won't get much more from it if you invest more into arcane, given its fixed attribute scaling. But with inherent bleed and the added flat bleed of bloodflame, you essentailly have the performance (in practice, the BHF is actually performs better) of a Blood Kiba without the Arc stat investment.

Kiba is no slouch though and can be more configurable overall, offering different ways to use it. If you're dead set on investing into Arc anyway for dragon seal/incants or something, i'd go Kiba.
