I wish they made radann fight more harder because he's way to ez now
Radahn was crippled and driven insane by rot, even though he refuses to kick the bucket outright. Also Caelid was turned into a Doom 2016 level.
Less of a draw, and more like mutually assured destruction.
However, this should have been obvious already from the information presented in the game, even before Malenia used all her powers, the battle was reached to a stalemate and as a result of the battle Radahn was completely neutralized while Malenia lost her unnaloyed gold needle with knights which anyway doesn't help to Radahn.
And what people used as an argument for Malenia’s defeat was always only speculations and incorrect conclusions, such as Finlay’s ashes where it is written only that Finlay carried Malenia while she was sleeping and people began to fantasize that Malenia fell asleep immediately after using the scarlet aeonia and Finlay saved her from Radahn although nothing of the sort was ever said.
Malenia still has a fairly large number of knights, some of them doing business in the shadded castle, some in Aeonia, some standing guard over Halligtree, some even in Liurnia, meaning that there are still enough knights for multiple tasks around the world. Radahn also retained a part of the army, which goes about it's business in Caelid.
As for Miquella's kidnapping, this happened before Malenia went on her Southern March - when she wakes up she says: "Corpse after corpse, left in my wake as I awaited his return." and after she returned from the march, she only slept and continued to wait for Miquella in Halligtree, so that she didn't have any wake in which corpse after corpse could left.
Tasks, or left behind?
Malenia's Cleanrot Knights were on a timer. They're slowly rotting away - by the time we're seeing them they're pretty clearly not much longer for the world, hunched over with wings and tendrils of rot bursting out of their armor. The rest of her forces are stuck in a decaying fortress.
Radahn's army is desperately fighting a losing battle to keep Caelid's rot contained. They're not furthering his objectives, they're not curing their boss, they're playing damage control with the fallout of the battle.
Prevented her from finding and retrieving her, then. The fight stopped both factions from trying to achieve their original goals due to the loss of manpower and the damage it did to their leaders.
The ones at Halightree (mostly at Elphael) are obviously standing in defensive positions to hold back anything and anyone from all directions (including fromm the sea as it is clear where some of them are looking at) and they are there to keep andd watch for Malenia sleep, until she recovers or until she is gone (yes, all head canon but based off of paying attention to cutscenes, scenario, enemies details, placement, actions and patrol at all areas). They are everything but mindless and they keep the "still working areas" of the Elphael intact and you see them sort of patrol and living there too (in some sense), haave a sense of group and are organized on defenses.
Tbh, Halightree Knights also kept their duties, just each "small group" at each other areas remained there doing what it was meant to do last or just remained waiting orders, what mean they kept up to their orders, not "mindlessly wandering" per say, you give a soldier orders once and dont give any other and this soldier dont haave any other order neither have a goal anymore as it is either achieved, destroyed or not there anymore, so they... stay, waiting.

This is interesting as, you see, I personally always regarded the cleanrots and two Commanders the army of Malenia, and Haligtree soldiers as an army of - well, Haligtree itself! Malenia is sure the blade of Miquella, but the guys in the haligtree seem to not do her bidding and rather Miquella's (some even assume he is the mastermind behind all the war between Malenia and Radahn, and arranged it to be kidnapped by Mohg, but that's some strong headcannon). Cleanrots were already withering away in the war, so now they are mere husks, and the Commanders... don't exactly do anything meaningful (one sits in the swamp, and the other is basically a deserter who leads an army of likewise deserters and banished knights). And the Haligtree soldiers do well, but they are by NO MEANS under Malenia's command and never were. It's more that they both serve the same guy/gal/??? (whatever is Miquella)
"This was the bitter revelation discovered by the desperate soldiers who awaited the return of their lord to the rotted Haligtree."
Their lord is Miquella. And Malenia only got carried there because it was the only safe place for her to go, with her army defeated and herself in coma.
They are fullfilling a duty, even wwithout a given order, because she was in no state to give any, Miquella was not there neither anyone else to give orders, they still held the line at Elphael and kept themselves on the other places, despite not having orders.
