Luckily you can find several through out the game, and there is also a crystal tear for your physick which has the same effect.

There you might find what you're looking for. Just keep in mind that you'll be unable to engage in multiplayer if you install any mods, as you have to play offline/disable eac, else you'll risk a ban.
I'm aware that this is more than you're asking for but:
Manual back ups and disabling steam cloud are things you should do anyway, as steam cloud saves bugs out pretty frequently, leading to actually corrupted saves.
To back up your save folder on windows, open the explorer, type %appdata%, go to roaming and then just copy the Elden Ring folder somewhere save, like an external hard drive or your personal cloud.
