Mod to keep runes on death

Does anyone here know a mod that would let me keep my runes on death? And also if you used it yourself, did you feel like it made the game more enjoyable?

It's not exactly what you mean, but by equipping a talisman called Sacrificial Twig you will keep your runes upon death but the talisman breaks in return.
Luckily you can find several through out the game, and there is also a crystal tear for your physick which has the same effect.

Yeah I am aware of these but I die A LOT so I kinda need a permanent solution rather than a limited item.

Well, I see. Have you tried looking on Nexusmods already?
There you might find what you're looking for. Just keep in mind that you'll be unable to engage in multiplayer if you install any mods, as you have to play offline/disable eac, else you'll risk a ban.

before modding your game to change a fundamental part of the experience have you tried using a sacrificial twig or the twiggy cracked tear for your flask of wondrous physick?

I already play offline, I was looking if someone would have any experience with some particular mod that they know works well etc, I don't want my savefile to corrupt or anything.

I mean you could also create manual save back ups, test a mod that fits your issue and roll back in case your save actually gets corrupted.

I'm aware that this is more than you're asking for but:
Manual back ups and disabling steam cloud are things you should do anyway, as steam cloud saves bugs out pretty frequently, leading to actually corrupted saves.
To back up your save folder on windows, open the explorer, type %appdata%, go to roaming and then just copy the Elden Ring folder somewhere save, like an external hard drive or your personal cloud.

well I am not planning to play online anyway so it's fine. I just play this as a singleplayer game
