Report a translation problem
The basis of the ban is not really known, there are only a few speculations as to what could have triggered the ban.
Dropping items and rolling back a save has been the pvp community's bread and butter for more than a decade now, for helpers as well.
And to my knowledge the latest patch didn't introduce any countermeasures to prevent players from duping and trading items.
It might be a nitpick, but it's also not a cheat if no third party programs are used.
