Not to destroy anyone's fantasies but if I were a spirit inhabiting a four-armed puppet I wouldn't have any... um... lovable areas or bodily functions. So this all goes more into the direction of those folks who make love to their car...

I'm sure there is a way, at least regarding so-called "lovable areas". I mean, have you seen the Lands Between? We've got all sorts of crazy stuff happening, how hard would it be to create a realistic-looking doll that has "things" in all the right places?

Oh, it's possible, especially considering Seluvis. However, the basic model for Ranni's body comes from the four-armed Raya Lucaria soldier-puppets, and really, there is no need nor reason outside of perv fantasies ;)

First known "body pillows" were basically bound up old clothes used by sailors - imagine someone bunching up a pile of clothes, bind them with rope and then go to town on it.
