Yura confuses me

Hes obviously a supportive character that only seeks to help you and get rid of the Bloody Fingers.

But his dialogue after killing Agheel seems kinds dumb from him, yeah, want power of dragons? go to the Dragon Communion and eat the hearts of dragons, oh btw, you will likely go insane, the communion is ruinous after all.

I mean, like why even suggest it? this is even weirder considering what happened to his i guess former partner with Eleanora who was part of the Dragon Communion, so seems almost out of character for him to suggest something that could cause the person to go insane and become a bloody finger in the process.
