Moonveil or rivers of blood?

I'm currently playing Rivers of Blood and would like options on Moon Veil damage

Int build are braindead op , RoB kinda suck nowadays after all the nerf it received while moonveil still is a strong choice for Pure int or dex/int builds , you can still swap to other weapon (like meteoric katana,moonblade etc) while having the better katana AkA moonveil , If you go for NG bleed becomes the best choice but again Just use nagakiba over RoB . And you want a build with both RoB and moonveil you'll have to go high Rl do do any dmg with them so not really worth unless you go for NG+ or/and quality build high Rl

It's just an old meme that exists in the first place because:

- DEX weapons are lighter, faster and tend to have some pretty choreographic movesets, which immediately make their use an edgy weeb.
- Because DEX weapons are faster, they're suitable for spamming R1.
- Katanas in particular.

Tbh it's a super high pick rate weapon. In most entries it's number one by a large gap.
Which would be fine if it didn't interrupt and trip basically everyone in a 30 foot radius.
It's not that anyone hates long sword users on purpose. It's just sorta like cyclists that use traffic lanes but can't match traffic speeds.

All weapon can flinch you so not a longsword response at all since i use flinch free on all of my build and play pretty much everything :D
